Film consulting / Orlando, FL

Serve it.

Your film's been cookin' long enough.

Film consulting for directors, creators, and brands with a project that keeps not getting made. We turn the idea into a budget you can defend, a schedule that fits, and a shoot day that actually runs.

Book a teardown

Bring the script, the deck, or the voice memo. We take it from there.

  • Script breakdowns
  • Line budgets
  • Shoot schedules
  • Set-day producing

The real problem

Your film doesn't have a money problem. It has a decisions problem.

Every fire on set started as a call nobody made in prep.

The hidden budget

The line items nobody wrote down.

You've probably heard a consultant is a luxury an indie budget can't carry. Fair. Now add up what you're already set to pay: the overtime hour, the reshoot day, the gear rented and never unpacked, the location that falls through at 6am. Those costs are already in your budget. They just haven't shown up yet. We make those calls early, on paper, with you, where they're cheap.

How we work

Producer brain. Builder speed.

We run production planning on the same AI systems we build every day: breakdowns, budget models, shot lists, and schedules drafted, checked, and revised in hours instead of weeks. The judgment stays human. The busywork doesn't.

Built in Orlando

The work

Three ways in.

Start where your project actually is. Every engagement is scoped to one film, one budget, one finish line.

Every number is fixed in writing after the Teardown, before you commit to anything.

Start with a teardown

How it works

Script. Plan. Shoot.

  1. Send the script

Or the treatment, the deck, the voice memo. We read everything before we talk, so the first call is about your film, not about us.

  2. Get the teardown

A working session where the film gets broken into days, dollars, and decisions. You see what it really takes before anyone spends a cent.

  3. Roll with a plan

Pick the level of support that fits. We lock the plan, build the team, and stay on it through the day you call wrap.

Questions

Before you ask.

Straight answers to what filmmakers ask first.

Our budget is tiny. Is this for us?

Especially. The smaller the budget, the more every mistake costs. A lost day on a big production is a line item. On an indie, it can be the whole film. The Teardown is built for exactly that math.

Do you replace a producer or line producer?

On smaller productions, we fill that seat. On bigger ones, we work next to your producer as the planning muscle so they can focus on the people. Either way, you know exactly what we own before we start.

What do I need before the first call?

Anything that describes the film: a script, a treatment, a deck, a rough outline. If it's still in your head, we start there.

How is pricing set?

After the Teardown, once the size of the film is clear. The Teardown is a fixed fee. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer, with set days quoted separately. Every number is in writing before you commit to anything.

Do you only work in Orlando?

We're based in Orlando and on set across Florida. Breakdowns, budgets, schedules, and post supervision work anywhere.

Where does AI fit in?

In the busywork: script breakdowns, schedule drafts, budget models, and the revisions that used to eat weeks. Every creative and production call is still made by a person, with you.
