What this page collects

• Your email address when you buy something, so the receipt and anything you have paid for can reach you.
• Your name, your email address and whatever you write when you send a message.

Every site also records ordinary technical information as you browse: the pages you open and what kind of browser you are using. At checkout your network address is turned into a one-way fingerprint, to stop the same card being tried over and over. The address itself is not kept, and we do not work out where you are.

Why

• To take an order, send you a receipt, and give you what you paid for.
• To answer you.

None of it is sold.

Who else sees it

• Square takes the payment. You are sent to Square's own checkout page to pay, so your card details are given to Square and never to this website or to SiteLaunch. Square tells us that a payment succeeded, what was bought and the email you used.
• SiteLaunch runs this website, and its hosting and database providers store the information above on its behalf.

How long it is kept

• Orders and receipts, for as long as the business needs them for its accounts and tax records.
• Messages and questions, so the business can answer them and write better answers.

Anything else is kept only while it is useful for the reasons above.

Asking about your information

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
